Jamshedpur, 6 September – Tata Steel UISL today successfully organised a blood donation camp at the Jamshedpur Blood Centre, furthering its commitment to social responsibility and community welfare. The event saw an overwhelming response, with a total of 175 units of blood donated by the employees of Tata Steel UISL. The blood donation camp was graced by the presence of Ritu Raj Sinha, Managing Director, Tata Steel UISL and Raghunath Pandey, President, JSU, who applauded the enthusiasm of the employees and highlighted the importance of such initiatives in saving lives.
The 175 units of blood donated will be instrumental in meeting the requirements of hospitals and patients in and around Jamshedpur. Tata Steel UISL has always been at the forefront of humanitarian causes, and this initiative once again underscores the company’s deep-rooted values of giving back to society.
