Jamshedpur : The Shri Shri Ganesh Puja Samiti of New Student Boys Club performed the Bhumi Pujan on Sunday at Putul Maidan in Chhota Govindpur as part of the preparations for this year’s Ganesh Puja celebrations. The committee is set to construct an attractive pandal with an imaginative theme, with a 15-feet Ganesh idol serving as the centerpiece.
Suja Kumar, a member of the committee, shared that several programs and competitions are planned as part of this year’s festivities, encouraging active participation from the local community. He highlighted that the primary goal of the event is to bring people together and promote unity and harmony within society.
The puja, along with a grand feast and cultural events, is scheduled from September 6 to 9. Several committee members, including Hemant Kumar, Ashish Das, Sonu, Guddu, Vivek, Tapas, Animesh, Aman, Sahil, Akash, Sunny, Gaurav, Neeraj, Jaishankar, Saurav, Gopi, Sanju, Shyam, Bhaskar, Abhishek, Krishna, Manish, Amit, Prince, Bunty, and Natara, were present at the occasion to mark the beginning of the preparations.
