Jamshedpur/Potka: In the early hours of the morning at 2 AM, Potka MLA Sanjib Sardar conducted an inspection of the ongoing road repairs on NH 220 near Hata, Odisha. After giving the district administration a three-day ultimatum to make the road accessible for the public, the MLA warned that failure to do so would result in a sit-in protest alongside the people of the Potka Assembly constituency. The deadline reached its final moments last night.
The MLA Sanjib Sardar criticized the central government for its failures, which have caused hardships for residents across Jharkhand and Odisha. Despite multiple requests through letters to Union Minister Nitin Gadkari urging immediate road construction, the MLA announced that the department has now taken notice, and full-scale construction is set to begin soon.
