Jamshedpur: On the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi, Human Welfare Trust organized its annual blood donation camp at Azad Marriage Hall in Azadnagar, Mango. The event was graced by Chief Guest Hidayatullah Khan, Chairman of the Minority Commission, and special guests including Sidghoda Police Station In-charge Ghulam Rabbani Khan, social worker Syed Manzar Ameen, senior journalist Anni Amrita, Shakir Azimabad, Red Cross Secretary Vijay Kumar Singh, and several other prominent figures.
The event commenced with the ceremonial welcoming of the guests with flower bouquets and shawls. A dedicated team from Brahmananda Hospital’s blood center, ‘Shakti,’ successfully collected 150 units of blood during the camp. Doctors from MGM Medical College, including Dr. Jahanzaib Khan, Dr. Mohammad Sarfaraz Alam, Dr. Imroz Khan, Dr. Chand Ansari, and Dr. Saif Ul Haq, also participated in the noble cause by donating blood. The success of the event was made possible through the efforts of Human Welfare Trust’s trustees, including Syed Asif Akhtar, President Mateenul Haq Ansari, Secretary Mukhtar Alam Khan, Masoom Khan, Ayub Ali, Syed Iqbal, and others. Despite heavy and persistent rain, the enthusiasm of the donors remained unwavering. The guests honored the notable blood donors for their remarkable contributions to this life-saving cause, presenting them with certificates of appreciation.
