Jamshedpur : The 37 Jharkhand Battalion NCC, under NCC Group Headquarters Ranchi, has commenced its Annual Training Camp-6 at Loyola School, Bistupur, Jamshedpur. This 10-day camp began on May 12, 2025, and will continue until May 21, 2025. A total of 721 NCC cadets from 39 educational institutions across the Kolhan region are participating.
The camp was formally inaugurated on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, by Colonel Prem Ahuja, Group Commandant, who addressed the cadets and emphasized the importance of NCC training and other associated activities.

Deputy Camp Commandant Colonel Prem Chand Jha, along with ANOs, CTOs, GCI, and JCOs/NCOs of the battalion, were present during the inauguration. They provided the cadets with detailed instructions on discipline and training procedures. Colonel Jha stated that the camp aims to develop leadership qualities, physical fitness, mental strength, and a sense of social responsibility among the cadets. The 37 Jharkhand Battalion also extended heartfelt gratitude to Loyola School and Director Father Liberate Fernandes for their support in successfully organizing the camp.
